About Me
I'm Dr Jack Arnold, a registered Clinical Psychologist, and I am now delighted to offer 1:1 therapy on a private basis.

My practice focuses on trauma and PTSD, anxiety and panic, OCD, depression, health conditions and medical trauma. I offer my skills in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and others to deliver specialized therapy for adults. I am also trained in Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). With a almost a decade of experience in the NHS and private healthcare, I am committed to delivering personalized and effective remote therapy sessions to support my clients on their journey to healing and growth.

CBT and CFT
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) are integral parts of our practice, aimed at helping individuals understand and manage their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to promote psychological well-being.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is offered to address trauma-related symptoms, anxiety, and other distressing experiences, facilitating the processing and healing of past traumatic events.
Online Therapy
I provide one-to-one psychological therapy through remote/online sessions, offering a convenient and confidential platform for individuals to receive support and guidance from the comfort of their own environment.
