
Therapeutic Approach
Firstly, building positive and meaningful relationships is at the heart of my practice. I offer a warm, down-to-earth, non-judgemental environment where psychological safety is a priority. From this foundation, we will utilise elements of evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

My expertise is trauma and PTSD (particularly in health settings), depression, anxiety, panic, OCD and more, although I am able to help with a wide range of challenges that you may encounter.

I am also a trained EMDR therapist and use this when appropriate to help reprocess difficult memories or experiences you may have had.
Whatever challenges you may be facing at the moment, I will be happy to work with you to find helpful solutions based on what works for you. My approach integrates the latest research and clinical expertise to offer personalised and effective therapy tailored to your individual needs.

Sessions last for 50 minutes. Double (90 minute) sessions are available for EMDR - please state your preference when contacting me.
