Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is type of talk therapy that helps people identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviours. I hold Level 1 accreditation for CBT and offer this to help my clients overcome their challenges and improve their overall wellbeing.
Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)
I often use Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) to help individuals develop a kinder, more compassionate relationship with themselves. This includes recognising that as humans, we possess "tricky brains" which may not always recognise the distress it causes us.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is an approach I use to assist individuals in accepting their thoughts and feelings, and committing to actions that align with their values, leading to a more fulfilling life.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
